Consistency, It’s What’s for Dinner

Consistency is something highly valued at Outrank.com. Being consistent is important in any job and in your approach to tackling projects — it helps you to be more produtive.

Consistency is especially important at Outrank because our Superhero Sales Squad does so well — It’s easy to sit back and relax once you’ve achieved your initial goal, whether it be a daily, weekly, or monthly goal. Job’s done. You’ve arrived.

It’s natural to take a breather and to want to reward yourself somehow. But since our team constantly hits their sales goals, the bar gets raised higher as they strive to top themselves. This is why consistency is of high value around here. It’s how companies become great. It’s how companies become profitable. It’s what gives management reasons to recognize special performers. It’s so that we can continue to recognize our value and push ourselves, set new goals and remove any preconceived limitations.

And that’s exactly what we’re doing with the Consistency Contest. We’re outdoing ourselves! To be eligible, members of our Superhero Sales Squad have to make a sale every day. As long as you consistently make at least one sale a day, you’re in the running. The pot started out at $150 and grows by $50 each week as long as there are still Superheroes in the contest. Who’s in it to win it?!

Consistency, it’s what’s for dinner.

Outrank.com Reviews Blogger Upgrades. Blogalicious! (We hope.)

Hey bloggers! We heard about some changes that Google has implemented to Blogger in order for users to apply more creative options to the look and feel of their blog. We love to blog, so we thought this was worthwhile to share. Having as many options as possible for your blog is a good thing. What’s even better is being able to easily figure out how to use them without getting bogged down in implementation. Blogging has changed from what it once was but it is still about the content … and for many it’s about surrounding the content with visually stimulating images and art. As described by a recent Mashable post, here are the major additions to Blogger’s interface:

Flipcard: This visual view places square photos side-by-side in neat little rows. Hovering over any photo reveals the name of the post, the date it was published and the number of comments it has. Flipcard has the unique option of reorganizing posts based on recency, date, label or author.

Mosaic: Mosaic takes the photos related to each blog post and turns them into a visual experience — a mosaic of photography. Hovering over any photo with the mouse increases the size of the image and displays the title of the post in question. Clicking it will open the post as part of the mosaic.

Snapshot: Snapshot turns blog photos into a Polaroid-esque scrapbook with the number of comments and the title of the blog post clearly visible. Hovering over a Polaroid displays a short snippet from the post.

Sidebar: Similar in some ways to Gawker‘s redesign, Sidebar creates a left-hand menu bar with all of a blog’s articles as well as their comment counts. Clicking on a title opens the article to the right.

Timeslide: This is a three-column layout that displays recent posts. The left column shows photos and short snippets from a blog’s most recent articles, while the middle column displays only summaries of less recent posts. The right-hand column is simply a list of titles of older articles. Timeslide essentially encompasses three different time periods and makes them accessible.

Google hasn’t given their Blogger much love, but we hear that we can expect further improvements down the road. For now, these viewing choices won’t be offered as default layouts until Google determines if they are fully customizable.

You can check out previews here.

A Letter of Appreciation to Our Superhero Sales Squad (… another record-breaking month!)

Lately, it seems every month we break some kind of record! Our last record-breaker was in February, garnering the most sales in one month. Our most recent sales feat was making 114 sales in a single day this month! That brings us to over 1,000 sales in less than half of a single month! That’s right – you guys rock!! You are machines! Actually, it’s the opposite of being mechanic that brings our company success — it’s the fact that you all are consistent, persistent, AND make the customer experience a personable one. We recognize your efforts and we know it’s not easy. Keep up the phenomenal work, Superhero Sales Squad!

Outrank.com Reviews Permission Marketing

As most of us now click the mouse instead of the remote control in our spare time, advertisers and marketers have taken their techniques online. This adds a whole new level of creativity — more interaction with users and consumers. For example, in just a few days, Calvin Klein will launch their largest digital initiative to revamp the 90’s lifestyle brand that was initiated by ck one, a line of unisex fragrances. The new campaign will be highly interactive. With this whole new level of interactive creativity comes a a whole new level concerning trust and privacy issues.

Since the huge transformation from tv and print advertising to the Web environment, social media has had a positive impact on many businesses. Although businesses have taken advantage of connecting with audiences and fans on a more personal level, there have been concerns that users’ personal information has been shared unkowingly and unwillingly.

In response, there are many sites that will allow you to sign on using your Facebook or Twitter login. If you login via one of your social accounts you’ll then be informed that, by doing so, you allow personal data within your account to be accessed and used by the specific site you’re logging onto. It’s the same reason why you get phone solicitors calling you — companies buy and sell data for marketing and sales purposes. Similar to putting yourself on the “National Do Not Call Registry”, you can opt not to sign onto sites using your social media logins. Granted, things can be more complicated than that.

Facebook’s privacy settings can be somewhat daunting and they change often. I predict things will continue to change while kinks get worked out, companies vie for bigger pieces of social pie, and the rights of all parties involved are taken into account. Beyond specific sites, advertisers themselves can track Web surfing habits, gaining information about your interests and where you like to spend your money. Thus, they use that personal information to draw you into their advertising campaigns. In a small effort to protect consumers, certain browsers added a feature that blocks advertisers from tracking Web surfing habits. The problem with this is that the “Do Not Track” tool is only valuable if advertisers opt to use it. Google Chrome has their own “Personal Blocklist” solution.

A “Do Not Track” bill was introduced in Congress earlier this month. The bill offers the same solution as the “National Do Not Call Registry”. Consumers would be able to opt out of online tracking entirely, as opposed to one-offs specific to each site they may or may not log onto.

Facebook said they agree with the FTC’s report on privacy frameworks. There’s so much going on behind our computer screens and unless you’re in marketing or advertising, you are at the will of these businesses. Now is the time for these companies to be a little more transparent in order to build lasting relationships and trust with their supporters and potential customers.

Is There An Outrank.com Scam Going On?

Outrank scam?

Many companies claim to have success helping small businesses gain exposure through effective SEO, but none can surpass the proven results that Outrank.com has had in getting clients ranked on the front pages of the major search engines. We invest a great deal of time and energy into helping our clients understand what we do and the value Outrank offers. Every department, from sales through to quality assurance, client services, and marketing focuses on customer satisfaction and finding ways to continually improve. Our customers rely on us to be honest SEO professionals, so if there was some sort of elaborate Outrank.com scam going on, we wouldn’t still have over 9,500 loyal customers that believe in our product.

What is Outrank.com?

Outrank.com provides several key features that give our clients a boost in the local and organic listings of Google, Yahoo, and Bing. We start by building a website that contains all the customer’s pertinent information.
We achieve front page placement on Google, Yahoo, and Bing through profiles and enhanced business listings to improve rankings. We then optimize our customer’s website and local business listings around the services they offer to reach their desired customer base.

Outrank.com is a trusted local SEO firm that small businesses rely on to take them to the next level. After setting up local listings and a website, Outrank works to ensure customers don’t lose their rankings over time – this is what sets us apart from other companies

Outrank.com scam? Not with a 99% success rate.

So let’s look at the sheer numbers. Outrank.com provides services to over 9,500 customers. Any company that serves thousands of businesses is bound to receive complaints, as you can’t satisfy everyone. A few of the complaints against Outrank have referred to us as some sort of “Outrank Scam”, a false claim started by one of our smaller competitors trying to boost their own rankings. We value honest feedback from customers – the critical points motivate us to strive for improvement and to better understand their needs. Of course, we appreciate the positive feedback as well because we love hearing customer success stories about the growth in sales they experience as a result of Outrank.

Although we’ve received only about 90 complaints since we started, and these complaints are very visible on the search engines due to the nature of negative press, that amounts to less than 1% of our total current customer base. That means over 99% of our customers are satisfied! Don’t believe anyone who tells you that Outrank.com scams people. We work hard every day to deliver phone calls to our customers through front page rankings.
Instead of believing that there is an Outrank.com scam going on, listen to what our customers have had to say on our testimonials page.

If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us at (877) 332-4321.

Outrank.com Reviews the Value of (Good) Keywords

Our marketing team at Outrank.com and ProfitFuel know the importance of keywords on a client’s website. We have analysts who research the relevancy of keywords in specific markets. For example, if you are looking for a plumber located in Austin, what would you type in your search to get the results you’re looking for? Based on what each client’s specific product or service is, we combine the information we gather from them with algorithmic know-how to build a finely-tuned, custom website. Our analysts also research what the search engines find (and deliver) when crawling for given/searched keywords that you typed in to find an Austin plumber.

Still want to know why keywords are important to your website marketing strategy? A majority of search and internet marketing revolves around words, most importantly keywords. Our client’s goal is to get their message out to potential customers – so selecting the right keywords can mean the difference between thriving or fading away in their market. We perform extensive research so that we can drive the largest number of relevant customers to each client’s business.

It is important for businesses to use all available means to step ahead of their competition. Partnering with a company that is proven to be successful in maximizing keywords and using them in the right places is vital to their success. Outrank.com has a proven track record. Because we align our practices with what the major search engines need to produce the most relevant search results, clients appear on the front pages of Google, Yahoo and Bing within 60 days. We feel so strongly about our abilities that we give a 60 day guarantee to all our clients – with no contract. If you are not on the front page in 60 days – we will work for free. Check out what some of our happy clients have to say about what we have done to improve their business at http://www.outrank.com/testimonials/
